Step 1: Consultation and Assessment

You provide product specifications (dimensions, materials, manufacturing processes), quantity, and target price. Our sales team will assess feasibility and provide preliminary recommendations within 24 hours.

Step 2: Free Design and Quotation

Based on your requirements, we provide free structural design and layout suggestions, and send a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) detailing the cost breakdown.

Step 3: Digital Sample Approval

Our designers create high-resolution 2D/3D digital samples for your review. We will only proceed to production after you have provided written approval of the samples, ensuring zero errors.

Step 4: Pre-Production Sample (Optional)

For large orders or complex processes, we recommend producing a physical pre-production sample. You can personally verify the materials, colors, and texture; once approved, the sample is sealed and archived.

Step 5: Mass Production and Quality Inspection

Raw material incoming inspection -> Printing (Heidelberg) -> Surface finishing (foil stamping/UV coating/lamination) -> Die-cutting -> Box assembly/bag making. QC personnel conduct spot checks at every stage, and finished products undergo AQL sampling inspections.

Step 6: Packaging and Global Shipping

We use moisture-proof, reinforced packaging suitable for long-distance sea and air transport. We assist with logistics arrangements, provide packing lists and bills of lading, and ensure the goods arrive safely at your warehouse.

Phase 2: Rapid Prototyping

Using digital printing technology, we provide physical black-and-white or color prototypes within 48 hours. No need to wait for traditional plate making—verify your design concepts quickly.

Phase 3: Flexible Production

A fast-track production line designed specifically for small and medium-sized orders. We support flexible MOQ (minimum order quantity) adjustments and conduct quality inspections during production, significantly shortening the delivery cycle.

Phase 4: Express Logistics

We have direct accounts with DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Shipments are dispatched immediately upon completion of production, with real-time tracking numbers provided. Delivery to major cities in Europe and the U.S. takes as little as 3–5 days.
