Q: What is the difference between a rigid box and a folding box?
A: Rigid boxes are made of thick grayboard, cannot be folded, and offer the ultimate in luxury (similar to an iPhone packaging box).
Q: Do you offer custom printing?
A: We can print your logo, design, or brand story on the inside of the box lid or on the bottom, giving customers a pleasant surprise when they open the box.
Q: What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
A: Typically 10–15 days after the design is approved. For urgent requests (such as fashion week or holiday launches), we offer expedited production (7–9 days) for an additional fee.
