A: We understand the needs of startup brands. For standard-sized kraft paper bags or standard box styles, the MOQ can be as low as 500 units. For premium gift boxes with fully custom dimensions and complex manufacturing processes, the MOQ is typically 1,000 units. If you need smaller quantities, we can offer a “digital printing” solution. Although the unit price is slightly higher, there are no plate-making fees, making it ideal for very small test runs.
Q2: I don’t have any design documents—just some concept sketches. Can you help me with the design? Is there a fee?
A: Absolutely! We have a professional structural design team.
Structural Design (Die Cutting Diagrams): Completely free of charge; we provide the optimal protection solution based on your product dimensions.
Graphic Design: If you need logo layout or pattern design, we offer basic layout services at no cost; for a full creative design package, we charge only a nominal fee ($50–$200), which will be fully refunded if your subsequent order totals $2,000 or more.
Q3: Can I order custom shapes or irregularly shaped boxes?
A: Of course. As an integrated manufacturing and trading facility, we have our own mold shop. Whether it’s a heart-shaped, hexagonal, or complex drawer-style or flip-top design, as long as you provide a sketch or sample, our engineers can produce structural drawings and a quote within three days.
