A: We strongly recommend ordering a sample first.
Blank samples: Provided free of charge; you only need to cover shipping costs, and they will be shipped within 1–2 days.
Custom samples (with logo): A sample fee applies (typically $50–$100, including mold costs), and samples are ready within 3–5 business days. Important promise: Once you confirm a bulk order, the sample fee will be fully refunded or deducted from the total payment.
Q5: Production Cycle
A: It depends on the quantity and the complexity of the process.
Standard orders (<5,000 units): 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Complex processes/large orders: 12–15 business days.
Rush service: A “7-Day Express Delivery” option is available for select standard products (please inquire about scheduling in advance).
Note: We will provide you with a detailed production schedule and send photo/video updates at key stages (such as printing, die-cutting, and quality inspection).
Q6: How can you ensure the color matches the Pantone number I provided?
A: We use Heidelberg printing presses equipped with a fully automated color management system.
Before production, we first print a “digital proof” to confirm the color tones.
Before printing, we produce a “press proof,” and we will only begin mass production after you have confirmed it via email or video call.
We guarantee that color deviations will be kept within ΔE < 5 (the industry standard) or even stricter limits. In the event of significant color deviations, we promise to reprint free of charge.
